All the way from PolandStayed: Mar 2011
"Blyth Cottage is gorgeous. I love the well worn wooden steps and the wood stove. So many meals would have been cooked on that stove over the years. We also loved what you have done with the bathroom, and will tell everyone coming to Burra to stay here. Thank you."
Gem of a cottageStayed: Apr 2011
"What a gem of a cottage! Your little house oozes with charm, everything so well organised and comfortable. Its a great blend of old and new - and very stylish. We hope to return one day."
Old world experienceStayed: Apr 2011
"We had a lovely old world experience in this quaint cottage. The atmosphere is lovely and the whole region is a must for all to see. I hope to stay on our return from Port Lincoln. Our meal at the Royal Exchange pub was delicious."
Lovely old world feelStayed: Apr 2011
"What a great surprise! We thought the online snaps showed a quaint Burra miner's cottage with a homely interior but once here realized we had all that - and more! A modern, tasteful bathroom, actually bathrooms, wonderful attention to detail with hooks, games, DVDs, yet still with the lovely old world feel. The old stove conjured up many images of days gone by as did the old washing machine and other touches. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will return."
Attention to detailStayed: Apr 2011
